Music

I am the songwriter, arranger, co-producer and creator of the Celtic Psalms project, which I began in 2013 along with the McGraths and Dónal O’Connor in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

My combined love of the Psalms and traditional Irish and Scottish music inspired the creation of this project, which has led to the recording of four albums, five American tours, numerous appearances on national Irish and British TV and radio, and publication by GIA Music Publishers.

All the Celtic Psalms music began as prayer - small and quiet with just my voice and guitar, and through collaboration with others has taken on rich harmonies and instrumental layers.

Celtic Psalms music allows a space for the ancient words of the Psalms, combined with soulful Celtic melodies, to bring people together in shared humanity, across community divides.
