I’m the creator of the Celtic Psalms music project, four volumes of Psalms set to Irish and Scottish melodies recorded with the McGrath family and published by GIA Music.

I host the Psalms for the Spirit podcast, a podcast on spirituality and resilience through the lens of the Psalms, and co-founder of Celtic Pilgrims, a nonprofit dedicated to bringing people together through music, in Northern Ireland and beyond.

I lead regular retreats, offer individual and group spiritual direction sessions, provide resilience trainings in the Community Resiliency Model (CRM®), offer 1-1 and group sessions on resilience, accompany pilgrimages, and create resources for reflection and inspiration.

I write the Substack newsletter Bless My Feet, about spirituality and the everyday walk, which also serves as an online spiritual community.

Since 2023 I’ve been a contributor to BBC Ulster’s Thought for the Day, and I was asked to be a speaker at TEDx Stormont 2024.

A member of the Corrymeela community, a student of the Irish language, a lover of traditional music, and a dedicated daily coast walker, I live in Ballycastle with my husband and three children.
