The beauty of an online course is that it can start right now, or you can begin it at a time that is convenient for you! Take your time, pause if needed, and come back to it whenever you’re ready. Periodically, I offer live group experiences, so make sure you’re on my mailing list to hear about the next one.
-
This is an evergreen course, and you can have access to the videos as long as you like.
-
Periodically, I will advertise a group experience of this course. Sign up for my updates to make sure you hear about the next one!

My teaching style is conversational, experiential with a teaching element, and retreat-like. I blend my training in spirituality, theology, and resilience with personal narrative, relatable stories, and invitations to apply concepts to your own life.
-
Each module I will encourage you to try one habit shift, so that you can add new practices in manageable ways so as not to become overwhelmed. In later modules I will invite you to reflect on your experience of incorporating those new habits.
-
I would appreciate your feedback on the course so I can know what was helpful and how to improve. Make sure you’re on my mailing list so you hear about future courses, retreats, podcasts, and events! And, if you’re signed up to Bless My Feet or Psalms for the Spirit, you’ll get regular podcasts, newsletters, and invitations to any other offerings.
Course Overview
If you’d like to know more, here’s a course overview video. When the course opened in early in 2025, Kiran introduced the concept behind the course, her teaching approach, and the content of the modules.
Kiran opened this course at the New Year, a time when people are often thinking about new habits and practices, but this is an evergreen course and you can enroll at any time of the year!
