I offer tailor-made Resilient Spirit consulting sessions for groups and individuals, weaving together my background in spiritual direction, resilience/wellness tools, and creative expression through music and the arts. I specialize in working with clergy, pastoral care/spiritual support providers, and churches or faith-based organizations, though I have experience working with other communities and individuals as well.

Many churches and faith-based organizations and clergy/pastoral/spiritual support providers are under a great deal of stress and pressure - from seeking to meet the needs of their communities, to competing priorities, to internal conflict, to overwhelm and burnout. In order for communities and individuals to thrive in the challenges we face, we need to find resources that can keep us balanced, regulate our nervous systems so we’re acting out of our best selves, and remind ourselves what brings us joy, strength, and hope.

In Resilient Spirit group sessions, we take time to still ourselves for deeper listening - to ourselves, others, and God - through song, silence, and creative expression. I provide an introduction to resilience and offer opportunities for reflection and sharing as we consider what brings us resilience and how we might build those practices into our lives while learning to better support one another. Groups sessions can be 3 hours (half day) or two 3 hour blocks (full day), and can be done in person or via Zoom.

Resilient Spirit individual coaching sessions weave together my background in spiritual direction and resilience/wellness skills, and offer a chance for individuals to explore in depth how they might find balance and nervous system regulation, so that they can flourish and live as their best selves. One-to-one sessions can be in person or via Zoom, and can be in one-off or multiple sessions.

Resilience 2-Day trainings, co-facilitated with another qualified CRM® teacher, include in-depth teaching on our bodies’ responses to stress and trauma, the biology behind resilience, and a thorough teaching of six practical wellness tools that can be used at any time, in personal or professional life, to regulate and regain balance in challenging situations. 2-Day trainings can be in person or via Zoom.

  • Individual exploration into spiritual practices and resilience tools that will allow you to better flourish in your life and work

  • In-depth 2-day training on the biology of stress/trauma and resilience, and six wellness skills that will allow you to flourish in the challenges of daily life
