I believe that each one of us can thrive as the person God created us to be.
But the fact is, in our daily lives we often find it difficult to be our best selves, pursue our greatest dreams, and seek our deepest purpose.
Through spiritual direction, we listen for God’s calling in our lives, pay attention to what’s stopping us from thriving more fully, and explore ways of bringing our whole selves more honestly before God in prayer.
In spiritual direction sessions, we will look for ways to be more attentive to God’s healing and loving presence in your life, and to listen for how you are being called in the days ahead.
I am a Presbyterian minister and a trained spiritual director, and I meet with individuals for one-to-one sessions in person or via phone or Zoom.
